BRINDISA Tomato Gazpacho 1L

A classic Andalucian gazpacho made with ripe tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olive oil and sherry vinegar. Fresh, vibrant and properly refreshing, it has that perfect balance of tomato sweetness, savoury depth and clean acidity that makes it ideal for warm days, light lunches and easy starters.

Serve very cold in a bowl or glass, finished with a drizzle of olive oil, diced cucumber, peppers, croutons or a crack of black pepper. It’s also great alongside grilled fish, salads, tortilla, or as a no-effort first course before tapas.

Suitable for home freezing.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (82%), cucumber (7%), extra virgin olive oil (3%), onion, green pepper (1.5%), red pepper (1.5%), sherry vinegar, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 5 days once opened. Suitable for home freezing; decant into a freezable container and freeze below -18°C for up to 12 months. Once defrosted, shake and blend to regain its original texture.
