BRINDISA Tomato & Beetroot Gazpacho 1L

A vibrant twist on classic gazpacho, bringing together ripe tomato depth with the earthy sweetness of beetroot. Deep purple in colour, refreshing and nourishing, it balances sweet fruitiness, red wine vinegar acidity, Andalusian extra virgin olive oil and a gentle hint of cumin on the finish.

Serve well chilled, either in a glass or bowl, with a drizzle of olive oil, croutons, diced cucumber, herbs or a little goat’s cheese if you want to make it more of a starter. Beautiful on warm days, with tapas, grilled fish, salads, or simply as a quick, colourful lunch.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (52%), cooked beetroot (25%), red pepper, green pepper, extra virgin olive oil (4%), pickled gherkins (gherkins, vinegar, salt), red wine vinegar, sweet potato concentrate, apple juice concentrate, black carrot concentrate, salt, garlic and cumin (0.1%).
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 5 days once opened. Shake gently before serving.
