Its inky purple colour sets the tone for what follows: authoritative aromas of blueberry syrup, dark chocolate, blackberry jam, and green tea, unfolding into intensely layered flavours of plum juice, orange peel, smoked bacon, and dark chocolate with hazelnuts.
