Exceptionally light and fragrant, this borage honey is the only variety in Black Mountain’s range not produced in Wales—and for good reason. Borage, a delicate blue arable flower, is rarely grown in Wales due to its livestock farming focus. Instead, this stunning honey comes from the Worcestershire fields of expert beekeeper Chris Manton of Elm Tree Bees.

Chris manages over 1,200 colonies and takes more than 200 to forage on expansive borage fields each year. The result is a beautifully pale honey, mild and floral with a clean, smooth sweetness that’s truly distinctive.

Why You’ll Love It:
• Cold extracted, unpasteurised and unfiltered to retain vital micronutrients
• Made in small seasonal batches, so colour and flavour can subtly vary
• A light and delicate honey, perfect for drizzling, baking or spooning straight from the jar

Key Details:
• Produced by Elm Tree Bees for Black Mountain Honey Ltd
• Foraged in Worcestershire, England
• Vegetarian friendly
• Not suitable for vegans or infants under 12 months

Weight: 227g
A refined and elegant honey—fragrant, golden, and one-of-a-kind.
