Braybrooke Keller Lager is a beautifully crafted take on the traditional unfiltered Kellerbier style, inspired by the smooth, full-flavoured lagers found in the cellars of Bamberg. Brewed with authentic German malt, Tettnang hops from a renowned Bavarian farm, and fresh Bavarian lager yeast, it delivers depth, balance, and exceptional drinkability.

Using classic techniques — including a decoction mash, slow fermentation, and a minimum of 30 days of cold maturation — this lager develops natural carbonation, a refined body, and a clean yet complex flavour profile. Refreshing on its own and superb with food, it’s a proper, meticulously brewed lager that showcases true craftsmanship.
