DOP Extremadura Ibérico ham offers an intensely savoury aroma, a complex balance of nutty sweetness and deep umami, and a long, lingering finish with subtle truffle notes.
Sourced from free-range Ibérico pigs raised in Extremadura, these animals spend 10–12 weeks fattening on local acorns, developing their rich flavour. The hams are then expertly cured in Badajoz for over three years, resulting in a 1-star Great Taste Award winner in 2024.
To ensure peak freshness, each leg is stocked to order, so delivery may take 5–10 days.

Ingredients:
Pork, salt, preservatives (E250, E252), antioxidant (E301). Made with 130g of Spanish pork per 100g of cured ham. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
