Produced by a family-run company in Guijuelo, Salamanca, that has been making Ibérico hams for over 100 years, this ham comes from outdoor-reared, free-range Ibérico pigs that feed on natural grasses, cereals, and occasionally acorns.
Cured for three years, it offers a gently sweet aroma, a well-judged balance of savoury depth and subtle sweetness, and a long, clean aftertaste—an excellent entry-level Ibérico ham with remarkable flavour.
