Crafted in Modena by a family with four generations of expertise, this 6-year-old balsamic vinegar delivers a remarkable depth of flavour and smooth, rounded sweetness. Aged in open wooden barrels, it naturally thickens over time as it absorbs the subtle character of the wood. Each year, 30% of the balsamic is transferred to smaller barrels, enhancing its complexity and richness.
